Description
- How did Knowledge management help
in developing lessons learned during the COVID 19 operation?
- It shows how the development of
process, practice and behaviour led Defence Equipment & Support
(DE&S) Lessons learned data gathering and analysis enabling a better
outcome not only within the crisis but also in enabling longer term
organisational change and informing the Future Operating Model.
- It takes a path through the
technical Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) elements and also the
politics of getting Knowledge Management (KM) and Learning from Experience
