Government Information Group - Awards Presentations and AGM 2025

Join us as we celebrate two GIG Lifetime Achievement Awards and two GIG Annual Awards 2024-25, and hear from the winners themselves! Lifetime achievement awards have been made jointly to:

 

• Jan Parry, formerly Information and Relationship Manager, Secretariat to the Hillsborough Independent Panel and CILIP President.
• Jackie King, Government Legal Department.

 

Annual awards have been made jointly to:

 

• The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office Information Management Team.
• The Welsh Government "Year of KIM" project team.

 

 

We will also hold the Group's Annual General Meeting at this event. Papers for the AGM are available via the GIG News webpage . Our members are invited to suggest items for discussion as part of the AGM Agenda.
