New Blog series: GIG members' interviews (here is how you can take part)

One of the ambitions of this blog is to bring together the information professionals working in the vast Government sector, to enable the exchange of ideas and practices, and create a network where we can share our experiences, career paths and knowledge. With these in mind we are planning a series of interviews of our members that would help us get to know each other.

These interviews will aim to:

• ·        Put a face behind a name showing our human side in an increasingly impersonal working life
• ·        Build a community of people to share our challenges and success stories, expand our networks, and provide routes to connect for support and informal mentoring
• ·        Give us a chance to reflect on our professional journey so far and where we would like to get in the future
